Annual General Meeting

This is an open meeting for all people interested in taking part in the development of the garden.

During the meeting, we will update on the high-level topics of management, and elect the new Management Committee.

We will meet at the building and then we decide the most appropriate setting based on weather and attendance.

Initial agenda:

• State of the financial accounts
• State of the handover and management plan
• Proposed revisions to the constitution (if any)
• Election of a management committee
• Budget winter 22/23.

The goal is to keep this meeting nice and sweet, and more about the “bigger picture”, as otherwise it can become a monster-meeting which will make our street-food hard to digest.
