Come Wassail. Discover this ancient Anglo-Saxon tradition
On Sunday January 12 th Community Garden will again join the Trumpington Orchard annual Wassail. 
January 12, 2025 @ 14:30 – 16:00
Bring a torch, an instrument, fancy dress optional. Drink hot mulled apple juice. Join in traditional music by the Lord of Misrule
Free event – donations welcome.
Meet at the Orchard at 2:30pm. Join the singing, dancing and toast the trees to encourage a good harvest at the Orchard and then take the short walk to the Community Garden to toast our orchard trees.
